Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

friend refuses to reimburse money loaned

Can I recoup money that I loaned to a

friend? An unsigned ''agreement'' was

created by an attorney of the person

who owes me the money. The loan was

made on March 6, 2007.
