Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

Interrogatories

I am a defendant in a small claims civil case and was recently presented by the plaintiffs attorney entitled, ''Civil Action Interrogatories.'' It is apparantly a questionaire. My question is, am I obligated by law to fill out and answer these questions?

What are the consequences, if any, of not filling out such documents?

Thank you.

Re: Interrogatories

Yes you must. If you don't, to put it simply, you will lose the case before you get to do anything.

Might be time for an attorney.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
