Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey
We invested 25 thousand dollars with a pakistani american business owner in dubai , when we came to dubai after a short trip he was gone with our money to USA where his son lives, tried to reach him by phone , some times he reply and make false promises . It is now 6 months , is there any way ? We have investments receipts sighed by him we have just his phone number but no address . We are US citizen living in Dubai . Please help.
