In New Jersey, a husband and wife own a house. There is a monetary judgement against only one of the owners. Can a lein be placed on the house?

To answer your question, yes, a lien can be placed upon the house. If you would like advice as to what can be done by the creditor to force payment of the amount owed, that is a more complicated issue, so please call me.
