Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

What can I do about two Judgements that have been put on my credit report by Middlesex County court. because me and my son have the same name the only difference is that he has a middle name and the two judgements should be on him not myself the father, it has started to affect my credit rating and,my son Thomas Tee Jones is incarserated, when I tell the collection Agency where he is and I tell them who I am they still files the judgement and it keeps coming up on my credit report. can I sue the Agency who keep filing these false clams and can I sue the county courthouse for falsely passing judgement against me.
