Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey
Judgements need help resolving
I want to fix my credit and I have a few debts that have been put on judgement. Can I just go to a consolidation agency or do I need a lawyer to help? I don't want to file bankruptcy I want to pay but I don't want them coming after any of my properties. Please help....

I suggest going to an attorney. He or she can negotiate with them to resolve all of your problems. Having a letter come from an attorney can be very powerful when dealing with these people.
