Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

HELP! Judgements...

I would like to start fixing my credit (received credit cards way to young) but I don't know how to go about it. I have a couple of judgements that were filed while I was on a strict bed rest a couple of years back.I informed the lawyers that sued me about this (I believe pressler and pressler) I also have a recent judgement for a wedding dress but was not ever contacted or even informed of a court date. I do still want the product. how can I get these judgements off my report? and would I still have to pay for a product that I will not receive?

I would love to answer all your questions, but your situation is a little too complicated to handle over this BBS. Thus, you are going to have to at least meet with an attorney to get all of your questions answered.
