Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey
I have a judgment entered in superior court on10/15/03 as of 2009 they were supposed to garnish my wages which never happened. Since I had not heard anything I wasnt concerned now is is 2011 and they have sent me a information subpoena and written questions. Can I be arrested/incarcerated if I do not answers I dont own anything I rent and I am currently working pt less than 15 hours by weekly Please advise i have 14 days to respong .

If the judgment is unsatisfied, you must provide answers to an information subpoena.
