Liens on Hotels-New and Old

I am a subcontractor. My services are LABOR ONLY. I

install draperies in hotels - new and old. The company

I contract with owes me $93,000.00. I have been told

that i can put liens on these hotels in order to collect monies owed. Please advise the method of how to do this.
