Money dispute..........
Nov. 2001: I did a DUMB thing and lied to a friend and stole $45,000 from her life insurance money she recieved after her husband's death. I tricked her into giving me a check forged it and took the moeny. Sept. 2006: she finds out what I did locates me and confronts me. I confessed, apologized, and make agreement to re-pay. She get a new boyfriend who is now involved saying they want THEIR $$... Oct 7, 2006: tells me that she will consider the $45,000 as a loan to me. We make a notarized loan agreement, with the terms that i pay $250/wk, + find some way to re-pay full amount in one year, he made the notarary public put that THEY loaned me the $$$. I agreed because HE threatened that I will go to jail etc...I have a 2 yr old son and i was scared. Feb.2007: lost my job and spoke with HER to see what I can do...she says to take my time.JUNE 2007:got a job and would like to do an arrangement, I earn less but am willing to re-pay every cent. OCT 6th 2007: the agreement expires, what can happen now? HE says he will accuse me of identity theft. SHE says lets forget the agreement do a new one...she forgave me and considered a loan and signed it as a loan can the sue me for stealing the check even after i confessed to her? Please help.

I strongly, STRONGLY suggest that you consult a criminal defense attorney immediately.
You have some very serious criminal liability.

They can sue you, they can get a judgment against you, and they can attach your wages and levy against your house. Basically, they can do whatever they want. After all, you stole 45k from them--sounds like they are being pretty reasonable and you are dancing around paying them back.
