Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

money owed to me from company

I went to a flight school and deposited 500 dollars into a prepay account then did a flight. After the flight I had 350.33 remaining. Then I realized I didn't have the funds to fly anymore and wanted to get the money refunded to me. I spoke to the president of the company in Feburary and he said it was no problem to get the refund. Now it is april and he won't return my calls. He also changed the account so the 500 dollar check never existed, so now it's saying I owe the flight school money! I have the cancelled check so I know that he changed my account.

How can I get the 350.33 back? Please please help!!! :)

Re: money owed to me from company

I suggest that you go to the police first. Sounds like theft to me. Good luck. If that doesn't work, repost your question.
