Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

Online Payday Lenders

I am a resident of NJ and have just found out that PayDay Lenders are illegal in NJ. I am paying rediculous fees to these lenders and am finding it difficult to resolve the loans. I am continually debited from my account for there fees that are actually high interest. Is it legal to be continually billed for renewal fees and high interest?

It sure sounds like you are getting ripped off.

If you want to hire an attorney, and get some advice, I could assist, or maybe Attorney Glen H. Chulsky, who is in Ledgewood, NJ 07852. I can not list his phone number (this website will not let me) nor his website info. He told me that he does consumer fraud.

You could call me if you wish.

Or, you could contact NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs (again, I can not post their phone number here), and ask for assistance.

Good luck to you. These people sound like crooks.
