Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

i owe less than 5ooo is credit card bills, but god real sick 5 years back and owe 10,ooo is medical. can these types of companies go into my bank account and take my money. i am currently on unemployment and dont take in much so i am pretty concerned. thanks from new jersey

If a creditor has a judgment from the court, you bank account can be attached to pay it.
