Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

Promissory Note

I loaned bf $15000 + for legal representation to keep him out of jail...He signed first promissory note made 3 pymts. we got into heated arguement and when he moved out stole original note.... we tried to work things out, he signed second note, not notarized, but now is denying having sign note. What are my options?

Your only option is to take him to court. Your hardest part here will be collecting from him.

sue him in Superior Court of New Jersey.

do not let up until he pays.
