Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

i just received a civil summons from my divorce attorney for the remaining fees of my divorce. It is not that i am not willing to pay it is that i have no money and no job. i need to respond within 35 days and obviously cannot afford an attorney (or i would have paid) any suggestions
