Robert Davies The Davies Law Firm, P.A.

The executor of the credit card holder's Estate (if the credit card holder left a Will) or the Administrator of the credit card holder's Estate (if no Will) has the duty to pay the dead person's debts from the person's assets.

Anyone who cosigned the credit card accounts will still be liable.
