Mr. Davies is correct. It sounds like you have ignored or lost all legal proceedings to date. and now to collect, the Sheriff will get a Writ, which will permit him to enter your home to take, or invoice property, in an attempt to satisfy the judgment against you. If you ignored the legal proceedings, you did so at your own risk!
