Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

My son's daycare was closed for 4 days because of pipe breakage in one of the day care rooms .When we asked for the refund of tution fee for those 4 days,they said it's an act of god and they are not obligated to pay us back. Is there some way to get that money back?

Breaking pipes in their place of business is NOT an act of God. Take the four days out of your next payment and see what happens.
