Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey
I sued my tenant (commercial property) Corp. and personally 1 month before it when to trail they moved their assets into a LLC. Is that Legal? They consented to a judgement which we are trying to cllect on.

You can levy against the ownership interest in the LLC. If there are other owners and the interest has been diluted, you can ask the court to set aside that transfer as being fraudulent. � My firm handles matters of this type.
