vacate judgment and stay wage garnishment

how do i have a judgment vacated and a wage garnishment stopped and have a new hearing held?

A motion will have to be made on your behalf to have the judgment and default vacated and the case returned to active status. Assuming that the judment is from a NJ suit, you will have to show both a meritorious defense and excusable neglect in answering the summons and complaint.
