My ex wife took out a car loan.....
My ex wife has been conned by a ''freind'' into taking out a car loan for her. The loan is defaulted, they are no longer freinds, the car is not with my Ex. is there anything she can do?

Big problems. She needs to speak to an attorney. This could really cause problems of all kinds for her.

If she co-signed for this friend, she may have a problem getting out of it. After all, the whole purpose behind a co-signer is this scenario. If it was that easy to get out of, it would be rather pointless.
