Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

I won a lawsuit against my ex-boyfriend stating he owes me $22,000. Since he has been unemployed since shortly after I won, he has not been making his monthly payments. I just found out he purchased a car for $11,000 cash! Can I go after the car?

Probably so. Depending on how the judgment was entered and what it says about a default in payments, it may be possible for a court officer to levy directly on the car.
