You are facing thousands of dollars in fines and many years in state prison, as well as loss of your driving privileges. Even if you weren't in possession you can still be convicted of the conspiracy charge, depending upon what the evidence shows. You definitely need a lawyer to represent you on this case. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you. Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Are these arrest or indictment charges? You could be held to have been in constructive possession, among other things. These are serious charges, third degree crimes, for which one can get three to five years. Maybe it could be negotiated down to something less serious. Either way, you should get a lawyer. You can call us at 201/342/1870
