2C:29-3A(7) - hindering of other

In NJ i am being charge with the charge 2c:29-3a(7) for hindering the prosecution of other - cop asked mie if i knew someone and i said no. Is this a felony or a misdeamoner charge and what is the most amount of jail time i can be looking at?

Basically, the degree of this offense is one degree less than the offense committed the other cop is supposed to have committed.
