Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Looking for help on a 2C:35-10a(4)

Recently my friend and I were involved

in a situation (refer to http://

www.lawguru.com/cgi/bbs/mesg.cgi?

i=267814666 ) I am being charged with

a 2C:35-10a(4) and wanted to know if

there was any way as a first offender if I

could work out a deal with the

prosecutor to do anything and keep a

clean record. I was told it was possible

to do a sort of probation for a year, is

this true? This happened in Ship

Bottom, so anyone close that could help

out or maybe take the case for a

reasonable fee please contact me on

here, or at my e-mail

[email protected]

Thank you

First, I live in Ocean County, near LBI, so I am familiar with the area. Yes, an attorney can work out a deal for you where you will avoid any criminal records, however, you should not rush right into this as this may not always be the best alternative depending on your situation. I would like to speak with you to give you all of your options and let you make the informed choice. My consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your case.

When you refer to a reasonable fee you mean a fee

you can afford. You should call me and tell me what you can afford and I will tell you whether I will represent you for that amount.
