2c:35-10a(4)

will i be drug tested in court when

summoned on a first small posseion

offense ???? it was in linden if it helps

You will probably not be drug tested on the day you go to court for a first appearance. On the day you get sentenced, if you are given some form of probation, you will probably be drug tested that same day.
