You are charged with shoplifting, which has a possible maximum sentance of six months in jail and a possible, maximum fine of $1,000. If you are a first offender and are found guilty, the consequence will probably be only a fine, but your ability to get many forms of employement will end,

If you are a multiple offender, jail is possible.

You need to have the charge changed to a nontheft offense, if you are a first offender, in order to protect your sbility to find employment. I can help you with your case.

As you probably know by now, this is shoplifting. If you are convicted of stealing less than $200 of merchandise, the possible penalties are 6 months in jail and a $1000 fine. You will also have a record. Some courts impose mandatory jail even for a first offense. You should definitely speak to a lawyer directly. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.
