Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
2c:33-2
I have been charged with disorderly conduct. I want to know if it will be on my criminal record if I plead guilty. If so, I want to consult with a lawyer and downgrade the offense so my record is clean. this is my first offense. Any idea how much that would cost me?

It would be a criminal record. You need to hire an attorney. My fee would be $1,000.
Call me if you like.

Fines and costs if you are found guilty are close to $800.00. If you are found guilty you would have a criminal record. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
