You should really speak to an attorney over the phone. While I doubt you will even get any jail, the big issue is getting a criminal record. There is no PTI as that only applies to felony criminal offenses.
I practice in South Jersey, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

This is a charge for Disorderly COnduct, which is a Petty Disorderly Persons Offense, the lowest level of criminal charge in New Jersey. Your Maximum penalties are a $500.00 fine and 30 days in jail, along with other mandatory financial penalties totaling around $200.00. There is no PTI for this type of charge. However, depending upon the circumstances of the case, it may be possible to downgrade this charge even further. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
