2c:35-10(A) Possession

i was charged with 2c:35-10(A) but it was only 2 cigs which where done. its my first time ever being in trouble, what am i looking at.

It depends on the amount you were charged with. If it is under 50 grams it is a disorderly person's offense and will remain in municipal court. Anything over that amount goes to the County Prosecutor.

As to what will happen, I would need more information. You are probably looking at either a diversion from prosecution or probation.
