9-1-1 call
Please review:
1.Complain: within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly placed 9-1-1 call to emergency
telephone system without purpose of reporting the need for 9-1-1 assistance, by repeatedly calling the Bergen County Police Department 9-1-1 emergency line utilizing a mobile
telephone to be transfer to the Fort Lee Police Department to complain about his vehicle
being impounded, in violation of 2c:33-3e
2.Complain: within the jurisdiction of this Court, purposely abstract a governmental function by
means of physical interference or obstacle, by entering and refusing to exit 1995
Chevrolet that was being impounded by the Fort Lee Police Department and by
refusing to exit the vehicle after being advised by Sgt Gallagher that he was obstructing a
governmental function, in violation of 2c:29-1a

What is your question? The first count of the complaint looks like the harassment statute. What do u want to know? You face possible jail sentence of maximum of 6 months on count 1. On count 2 (if it's 4th degree) you face max 18 months; if it's disorderly persons (max 6 months). Get a lawyer. call 201-646-9799 and make an appointment
