It is all a matter of whether someone decides to look at the records. In this age of computers
you can run but you can't hide.
When you don't know what is known it is risky to
try to conceal information. I do not believe that
your New York arrest makes any real difference; it just shows that you are a young man feeling just a bit too frisky for his own good.
You should try to minimize the damage to your criminal record by making the best deal possible,
assuming that you are guilty.
Give me a call if you like.

It depends on the Court, some places check others don't. The big thing is that you don't have a criminal record yet and you should do everything possible to avoid one. Your driver's license may be at risk with some of these charges too. I've had a lot of clients with underage charges this summer; I just had two on LBI yesterday and I've had really good results with them. My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your case. If you call me this weekend, just leave a message and I will call you right back.
Good luck!
