60 days plus fine for disorderly conduct
My son recieved a 45-60 day sentence plus a fine for a disorderly conduct charge. He has no pryor offences and is 19. We have no money for an attorney and I cannot see how this will be beneficial. What can I do?

Re: 60 days plus fine for disorderly conduct
You can go to court and ask the judge to stay, suspend, the jail sentence pending appeal, giving you 20 days to file an appeal. When the sentence is stayed pending appeal you will have 20 days to file an appeal from the sentence in Superior Court.
You need an attorney.
You should give a call.
