Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

less then 5 grams of marijuana was found in my car while the car was off sitting in a driveway i was issued two situations possession of cds marijuana and possession of paraphernalia it was a first offense what are my fines going to be like and sentence and will it effect my car insurance
