You are looking at jail time. If you go to program a good lawyer may convince prosecutor to give you probation. You can call my office for a free phone consultation.

Re: 2nd heroin possession

By getting arrested again for heroin you violated your conditional discharge and now must face the original charge with the original potential penalties. You are also facing the penalties on the new charge as well. Are you facing jail time? There is a strong possibility due to the second violation of the same type of offense. I would suggest you get a lawyer, whether it be the public defender or a private attorney, for both charges. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
