2 ? - presentence report & parole eligability
1. Is a presentence investigation (report) still mandatory if a plea agreement is accepted.
2. Does time served in a county jail, awaiting transfer to state,count towards your parole eligabily date or does it reduce actual parole length.

A PSR is mandatory for felonies, but I don't see what the problem is. I can't remember the last time a Judge threw out a plea after looking at a PSR.
Yes, jail time will count towards the eligiblity date, however, GAP time usually comes off the back end.
