Re: 3rd drgree charge.

Who "gave you" the pills....your doctor, your family member, or a "friend"? That could make all the difference.

Please write back or call me to discuss.

Re: 3rd drgree charge.

The fact that you did not know what they were is not automatically a defense. The charge is what is called a 3rd degree charge, which could theoretically result in 3-5 years in jail. That does not mean it will, just that tis is the category of the charge. As a first offender, you may very well qualify for favorable treatment that would ultimately result in dismissal of the charges. You need to discuss this with an attorney. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.

Re: 3rd drgree charge.

You are facing up to five years in prison so I would advise you to hire a lawyer. There may be ways to actually get the charge against you dismissed. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
