Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Okay in 2007 I rented a car from enterprise.... I rented and paid for the service. Well while driving the vehicle I got pulled over, and was told my car was stolen. Enterprise Rental said I stole the car, even though they was charging me for the service. So I get arrested, and embarrassed by this process. I spent 5 hours in booking , and then I was release later that day. I went to court in out dealing with this, long story short , enterprise wasn't pursueing anything. Thas what the judge said anyway. And the case was dead and gone for nearly three years.
So my issue is that after being declined for my passport, I was told I was being declined because of outstanding warrent. The charge name is "failure to return hired vehicle"
I thought I went to court for this already and it's so long ago that I already moved on to a new state. By the way the charge is for West Palm Beach Florida. However I know live in NJ

The court where the warrant was issued must remove it from the criminal justice data base. Call the court. If that does not work, you can have me do a letter.
Call me if you like.
