Re: what does 4 year flat aggregate mean?

4 years "flat" means he will be eligible for parole in probably about 11 months. If there was no parole disqualifier, meaning no mandatory time period that he must serve before he can apply for parole, and if he stays out of trouble in prison, then there is a good chance that he will be out in less than a year.

Good luck, and if you have any other questions please call me at 908-272-0111. Thank you.
