Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
3 years ago my ex wife forged my signature on our oldest child's passport application. All the judge did was take the passport and hold it until the child turned 16. Well, I just found out that she forged my name last year on our 2nd oldest child's application. I have reported it again to the authorities. If says on the application that falsifying federal documents is a federal offense, which it obviously not. Do you think I have grounds to seek full custody of our children?
