At thins point i walked away and left the group a little while later an officer grabbed me and cuffed me ect. I am being charged with 2c:29-1a, 2c:33-15a, 2c:33-2a(2). the officer told me to plead not guilty and the charges would be reduced to a smaller ticket. You are charged with underage drinking, obstructing justice, and disorderly conduct. You are facing jail time and other serious penalties. My advice would be to hire a lawyer due to the severity of the charges. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: im 20 years old and i have 3 charges against me

The charges you have are what is called disorderly persons offenses. The worst that you could get is 6 months in jail and a $1000 fine on each. You are unlikely to go to jail, but it still looks bad on your record for schools, jobs, etc.

A good lawyer can probably make sure this does not cause you a problem. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.
