my 14yr was arrested for havng a rolled blunt of marijuana they fingerprinted him without my knowledge or consent is this legal?

A juvenile 14 years or older can be photographed If true offense he is charged with would be a crime if he were an adult. It depends on how much marijuana he is charged with. Possession of less than 50 grams would be a disorderly person's offense not a crime.
