a detective wants me to bring in my son for questioning on a incident .should i take a lawyer for the questioning

You should probably consult with an attorney before going to meet with any detective. I've represented people in these types of situations before and once an attorney gets involved suddenly the police back off. Please contact me to discuss this situation in more detail.
