Re: accidental discharge of a weapon
First, you are a victim and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The fact that you had your weapon taken is crazy as I assume it was legal. Based upon the fact that they took your weapon and you are asking this question leads me to believe that you "may" be facing some charges. I suggest you see an attorney ASAP!
My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
Re: accidental discharge of a weapon
An accidental discharge should not be grounds for taking your weapon away if it was legally purchased and registered; I assume that the police would have seized itas evidence. I recommend you contact attorney Susan Ferraro, 766 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ 07002, 201.437.7300.
