Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

accused fasly

i was charged with 2c:33-2A(2) and 2c:29-1A

The only reason they arrested me was cause I didn't give my name. A sister neighbor accused me of being one of the person surrounding her vehicle. I didn't want to give my name to the officer cause I didn't know where this info was going to appear. I am a busdriver and I had 3 dfys kids under my care. I can't afford to lose my job . I also got the kids taken from me.

You are looking at two charges that carry the potential of high fines and even jail time, along with a criminal record, if you are convicted. I don't really understand what happened here, so I would need to discuss your case in more detail with you. I would certainly recommend that you hire a lawyer due to your situation. I may be able to help you to, at the very least, minimimize the charges you are facing, maybe even get them dismissed. Please call me at your convenience to discuss your case. I never charge for just talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincrely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
