Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
He was accused of kidnapping and holdin/g on 8/12/09 went to court for domestic violence and now a motion to dismass is in effect for nov. 6 2009 wanted to know what happens if there are no inditments on him and if sent to the grand jury how long does it take for a court date and what happens
