can they add to aplea bargin
if someone accepts a plea bagin in court at status confrence exsample plea offered was accused was to forfit his truck to the county charge was conspiracy and plea bargin was exchange for probation he was to continue to make the payments on his truck and let prosucuter keep it well now they are writing new demands to our lawyer this was feb 2002 when he took plea now in march they said he has 5 days to pay off truck and hand over title we dint do it becouse it was impoable and it wasnt what he agreed to do he agreed to there words continue to make payments now they demaned by the 19 of april it was to be paid off and tile haned over or they will take back his probation well he dint again we purches the video from court house of the plea being made it says to continue to make the payments on truck in exchange for prbation now they said they dont want to hear it and there takin back the probation can they add it time limits that differ from the origanal plea bargin ?????need to know feel helpless lawyer is not comnacating enogh to know what they can do
