Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

aggivated assult

I am a 29 year old female going for my nursing license in the state of NJ. I was charged with aggrivated assult by my ex's new girlfriend who of which I never touched. She also admitted the first day of court she has no evidence to prove it. She's mentally ill. The case is still pending until October 5, 2007 but I graduate next week and already applied for a job! I'm scared they're going to see this case pending. Any suggestions?

You need to fight the criminal charge before you can hope to move ahead in your new career. This is a serious criminal charge you are facing that potentially could result in prison time. If you don't already have a lawyer, you need to get one right away. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: aggivated assult

They will not see it because it is not a conviction and if they do happen to learn of the charge you should explain it and they will have to await the outcome of your trial.

If you are going to court without an attorney to save money when your carerr is at stake you are making a HUGE mistake.

Call me if you like.
