Re: aggravated arson

It can be reduced but it is not easily accomplished.

Arson does not require personal injury. Protection of property is the also purpose of making arson a crime. You have been charged with a very serious crime and need the services of an attorney, NOW.

Call me if you like.

Re: aggravated arson

By way of plea, anything is possible. By way of a motion or trial? That is a whole different story.

Re: aggravated arson

Whether a charge can be reduced is a question that can only be answered through your lawyer's negotiations with the prosecutor on your case. I would need to know more facts of your case before I can even begin to speculate as to the likelihood of any downgraded charge being offered. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.
