Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Could the airsoft gun pistol featured in the link herein be considered a 'firearm' in the state of New Jersey? What are the laws regarding pistols (like one in link) not rifles/machine-like guns?

Any device which expels a projectile with considerable velocity is going to be regarded as a handgun. Stay away from such a device.
